Founder/Chief Executive Officer

As one of the founders and the Chief Executive Officer of Summit Development Group, Bob Johnson has played a pivotal role in expanding the horizons of the company. His extensive experience in commercial real estate, spanning over 40 years, has been instrumental in guiding Summit Development Group through successful transactions and ventures involving diverse property types such as net leased properties, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and residential developments.

Prior to forming the R. W. Johnson Company and International Capital Corporation, Bob Johnson demonstrated his expertise in real estate investment as the head of the west coast acquisitions office for VMS Realty and as Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in San Francisco. These roles allowed him to foster valuable relationships and facilitate significant transactions, including the sale of notable San Francisco properties.

Bob Johnson's educational background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Science and Commerce Degree from Santa Clara University and a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Finance from The University of Alabama. His academic accomplishments, coupled with his real-world experience, have positioned him as a respected authority in the industry.

Through his career, Mr. Johnson has not only acquired real estate for his own ventures but has also acted as a trusted advisor and agent for a diverse range of clients, including public and private pension funds, insurance companies, public companies, and private investors.  Alex Jauregui is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and developer with over three decades of experience in real estate and business development. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed and acquired various assets, including residential and commercial properties, technology businesses, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing companies. His expertise lies in syndication and investment, working with high net worth individuals, family offices, and private groups.
